Why I wanted to teach Kundalini Yoga: I wanted to share something that would really help people and serve the greater good of this world. Kundalini Yoga is a vast and deep science. Kundalini Epiphany Moment: At the end of yoga class one day Sat Jivan Kaur mentioned Teacher Training sign up was in place. Something in my spirit said do this, it sounded great, I wanted to learn more about the yogic postures for myself although I never had any intentions of being a teacher because of my insecurities.
Why I wanted to teach Kundalini Yoga: During the second weekend of the Teacher Training I was sitting in class and tears were rolling down my face because I realized that it would be selfish of me to gain all this knowledge and not share it with the world which was contary to the very teachings of Yogi Bhajan.
