Essentials: Doors open at 8:00am. Bring a large bottle of water. Floor is not carpeted. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or sheepskin and a shawl. Wear modest, white/off-white clothes and a white head cover. Head covers are $2 at the course. Baseball caps, loose scarves, colored bandanas are not appropriate. Wear shoes to restrooms. No scents or essential oils. Turn off all electronics. Vegan lunch provided. The ending time of the course is variable. You should prepare your schedule to be available till 7:00pm.

Woman Warrior workshops provides a gentle yet powerful healing space for women who have experienced sexual trauma.
These workshops are a place for you to feel safe and secure as you move forward in your healing journey.
Led by survivor and activist Halli Jastaran Faulkner, Woman Warrior workshops use the tools of Kundalini Yoga; movement, breath, and mantra to tap into your own healing power.
Woman Warrior workshops welcome all women who have experienced sexual trauma. Everyone who identifies as a woman is welcome – we find strength in coming together as a diverse group of survivors. No yoga/meditation experience is necessary – all that’s necessary is an open heart.
Each workshop includes breath work, yoga movement, rest, relaxation and group meditation. Some of this meditation will be silent, and some will use chanting or mantra.
Workshop themes include grounding, centering, pleasure, prosperity, joy, abundance, deservedness, balance, and well-being.
It’s time to take back our lives.

Halli started practicing yoga and meditation when she was 17 years old.
In 2012, she fell in love with yoga as a tool for processing trauma, healing deep wounds, and connecting with her destiny.
In 2014, Halli trained with Krishna Kaur in Los Angeles to become a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. She is also trained in teaching kids yoga and trauma-informed yoga.
Musician Snatam Kaur reminds us that “love pours forth from the heart of the universe” – it is this love that Halli expresses in her Woman Warrior workshops. She leads, teaches, pushes, and empowers with love – understanding that survivors already have exactly what they need to heal.
