‘Early in my career as a knife/kirpan (sacred Sikh knife), sword maker, jewelry designer and manufacturer, the Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan wrote me a letter urging me to ‘make things that uplift and inspire people with my artistic gifts’. Since then, my team and I have consciously dedicated ourselves to conceiving, creating and offering affordable artwork that uplifts and inspires. Mostly we are creating symbolic pieces to balance, heal and empower us with courage, strength and fortitude augmenting our grace and radiance’. – Jot Singh

Woman Warrior Workshop

With Halli Jastaran Faulkner
Saturday, March 23, 2019
1:30 pm – 5:30pm

Woman Warrior workshops provide a gentle and powerful healing space for women who have experienced sexual trauma.

These workshops are a place for you to feel safe and secure as you move forward in your healing journey.

Led by survivor and activist Halli Jastaran Faulkner, Woman Warrior workshops use the tools of movement, breath, and mantra to tap into your own healing power.

Woman Warrior workshops welcome all women who have experienced sexual trauma. Everyone who identifies as a woman is welcome – we find strength in coming together as a diverse group
of survivors. No yoga/meditation experience is necessary – all that’s necessary is an open heart.

Each workshop includes
breath work, yoga movement, rest, relaxation and group meditation. Some of this meditation will be silent, and some will use chanting or mantra. Although we sometimes share our experiences by talking with each other, no one is ever required to speak or share during class – powerful moments of connection are often found in silence. Workshop themes include grounding, centering, pleasure, prosperity, joy, abundance, deservedness, balance, and well-being.

Please join us. It’s time to take back our lives.

Register Online $45 pre-registered.  Pre-registration ends 03/22/2019

All are $60 the day of 03/23/2019

Class Passes and Memberships are not valid for this event

Halli started practicing yoga and meditation when she was 17 years old.

In 2012, she fell in love with yoga as a tool for processing trauma, healing deep wounds, and connecting with her destiny.

In 2014, Halli trained with Krishna Kaur in Los Angeles to become a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. She is also trained in teaching kids yoga and trauma-informed yoga.

Musician Snatam Kaur reminds us that “love pours forth from the heart of the universe” – it is this love that Halli expresses in her Woman Warrior workshops. She leads, teaches, pushes, and empowers with love – understanding that survivors already have exactly what they need to heal.

About White Tantric Yoga® And Meditation
Our minds release 1000 thoughts per wink of an eye. Some of these thoughts get lost in the unconscious, and some get stuck in the subconscious and affect the conscious mind. These thoughts become feelings, emotions, desires, multi-realities or fantasies. Instead of mastering our mind, often our mind and thoughts direct or distract us, which can result in impulsive decisions, poor communication and self-imposed stress.

White Tantric Yoga® enables you to break through these subconscious blocks, so you can have a more enjoyable life. In the shortest time, you can experience release from a lot of the burden you carry in your mind.

When you see and act on each moment with clarity, you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your life can change. Your mind, body, and soul can act together as one. This is the path to personal freedom and awareness, and will bring more success to every area of your life.
